What you will do

• Partner with sales to understand customer technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations.
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on each client’s tech stack.
• Respond to technical questions during the sales cycle, covering API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and data flows.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections to accelerate technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback on API design and developer experience.
• Lead technical parts of RFP/RFI responses and troubleshoot integration issues in real time.

Requirements

• English: Advanced and Spanish: Advanced.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role in payments/fintech.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools (Postman, cURL).
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to build sample integrations and debug code.
• Understanding of payment security and protocols (PCI DSS, tokenization, 3DS, encryption).
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to read logs/traces to troubleshoot integration issues.
