What you will do

• Lead rooftop kitchen team with hands-on energy and confidence
• Build vibrant, shareable menus suited for cocktails, long afternoons, and late nights
• Oversee daily production, prep, and service focusing on speed and quality
• Maintain hygiene, safety standards, stock, purchasing, and supplier relations
• Control food costs, track waste for efficiency and profitability
• Engage guests directly with a guest-facing mindset

Requirements

• Solid experience leading high-volume kitchen, ideally outdoor or rooftop service
• Creativity and flair for fresh, crowd-pleasing dishes
• Strong people leadership to build fun, supportive teams
• Clear communication and composure under pressure
• Experience with cost control, purchasing, and menu planning
• Speak English and Spanish
