What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives to automate network engineering to guarantee the reliability of global infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain software, codebases, and tooling to meet increasing scaling demands of the platform.
• Innovate technical designs and prioritize security, bug fixes, and new feature development.
• Collaborate in a distributed environment with a focus on operational perfection.
• Manage major incidents and implement problem management to prevent recurring customer impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Software Engineering with a successful track record of delivering Cloud network solutions.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience with managed Kubernetes services.
• Proven ability to lead and improve cross-team engineering initiatives.
• Professional skills in Linux on distributed systems at scale.
• Must be located in one of the supported countries (Spain, Ireland, Israel, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, or UK).

Nice to have

• Experience building SaaS products in public clouds using IaC tools like Crossplane or Terraform.
• Expertise in building Kubernetes-at-scale infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
• Experience with containerized services such as Docker.
• Ability to diagnose and create solutions using the hirify.global Stack.
