What you will do

• Ensure infrastructure productivity and resilience through monitoring and observability of services.
• Standardize and automate data pipeline onboarding, deployment, scheduling, and failure recovery.
• Collaborate with the SRE team to improve developer productivity and CI/CD adoption within the Data Platform.
• Develop and operate platform services and tools using Kubernetes and GCP for batch and streaming pipelines.
• Solution architect and deliver company-wide technical topics aligned with the multi-year business roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Experience in development and troubleshooting of large-scale systems running on Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in Go and a deep understanding of system design and architecture best practices.
• Ability to break down complex business challenges into modular, scalable technical solutions.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, or Valencia).
