What you will do

• Process inquiries regarding dormant or inactive bank accounts and uncashed checks that qualify as unclaimed property.
• Research property status across multiple internal systems to determine ownership and validity.
• Manage each case through full resolution using professional written correspondence.
• Proactively seek ways to improve existing business processes.
• Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks and escalate non-routine questions to supervisors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience (or equivalent via consulting, military, or education).
• Experience navigating multiple software systems and managing caseloads.
• Proven ability to communicate professionally in writing.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-to-end case management and follow-up.
• General banking knowledge, specifically regarding the check processing cycle.
