Salary: $135K–$145K (starting at $150K commensurate with experience)

What you will do
- Oversee tax production processes including return assembly, extensions, electronic filing, and portal monitoring across all offices.
- Manage SafeSend delivery, CCH Workflow (XCM) task management, reporting, and due date closure with firm-wide backup.
- Develop resource allocation strategies, forecast needs, track utilization metrics, and collaborate with Partners on staffing plans.
- Train, mentor, and manage Tax Operations Coordinators, address conflicts, and identify skill gaps for targeted development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, ensure policy adherence, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in tax operations, accounting, or resource management.
- Strong understanding of tax workflows and compliance; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise).
- Working knowledge of Axcess Tax, CCH Document, GoFileRoom, SafeSend, CCH Workflow (XCM).
- Proven leadership, analytical skills, communication, ability to manage priorities under pressure and during busy seasons.
- Ability to travel to local offices; willingness for extended hours in peak seasons.
