What you will do

• Monitor daily logistics including shipment tracking, inventory movement, and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze operational trends to identify inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems and tracking tools.
• Coordinate field team logistics and equipment distribution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Field Teams, and external vendors to resolve logistics-related escalations.
• Manage tickets and escalation workflows using Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or an analytical role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and equipment weighing 25+ lbs.
• Experience with CRM or logistics platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
