Operations Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Ensure shipments move on-time, handle exceptions, and maintain highest hirify.global quality standards.
• Own client experience by solving issues quickly, coordinating origin/destination operations, and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics with partners including carriers, customs, warehousing, trucking, and air operations.
• Execute end-to-end freight movements (imports/exports, intermodal) and assist partner-managed shipments.
• Quote and invoice shipments with P&L responsibility; prep QBR/MBR presentations and hold client calls.

Requirements

• Fluent in English for client-facing interactions.
• 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting (ocean freight a plus).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability to fast-paced tech environment.
• Effective communication, teamwork, feedback orientation, and "compliance first" attitude.
