What you will do

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for social ads, defining success metrics and outcome accountability.
  • Lead complex end-to-end initiatives from discovery and scoping through delivery and post-launch.
  • Own creative production and trafficking capabilities tailored for major social publisher platforms.
  • Champion AI integration into social ad workflows to improve advertiser efficiency and performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify high-impact roadmap opportunities.
  • Partner with UX and engineering to produce product specs and manage build feasibility.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the social advertising ecosystem, including publisher ad products and API structures (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience building social advertising products or working in ad buying/measurement workflows.
  • AI fluency with the ability to translate AI/ML concepts into product features and workflows.
  • Proficiency with platform analytics, customer feedback, and feature prioritization tools.
  • Experience defining and scoping complex requirements for multi-quarter initiatives with engineering teams.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B software, martech, or ad tech.
  • Direct experience building products in partnership with social publisher platforms.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features using LLMs or ML-based recommendations.
  • Experience with advertising platform APIs, DSP integrations, and measurement vendors.
