What you will do

• Perform basic maintenance and installation of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with other technicians on larger repair or installation projects to gain hands-on experience.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and tools to ensure operational readiness.
• Strictly observe safety protocols, including the use of required PPE and adherence to site standards.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist in managing on-site materials and tools.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in mechanical, structural, energetic, or environmental fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in energy, environmental technology, renewable energies, or a similar industry.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including standing, lifting, and working in various site conditions.
• Italian: Native level required.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude towards collaboration and learning.
