What you will do

• Provide technical troubleshooting and operational support for Filler/Mixer systems and associated mechanical trade equipment.
• Support external customers and Field Service Engineers (FSE) via telephone, email, and the Contact Center Ticketing System.
• Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for mechanical issues and drive the subsequent recovery and corrective action plans.
• Manage non-conformity reports and warranty costs within the Contact Center.
• Assist in new project installations and service site executions.
• Coordinate or perform onsite interventions for complex technical issues requiring specific RCA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in the beverage industry, preferably focusing on filler and mixer systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, valves, gearboxes, and seals.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French, Arabic, or Italian are considered advantages.
• Mandatory availability for travel (up to 40%) throughout Africa and the AMEA region.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Filler/Mixer products (SSC/standalone).
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and controls.
• Familiarity with hygiene standards for food or pharmaceutical equipment.
