What you will do

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for EAI systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Perform troubleshooting and drive system reliability and life-cycle strategies.
• Develop SOPs for automation systems and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and OEM suppliers to enhance performance.
• Train and coach team members on system maintenance, programming, and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and conduct detailed risk assessments.

Requirements

• High-level qualification in Electrical and Automation Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in PLC and DCS programming.
• Strong understanding of automation hardware, software, technical drawings, and testing techniques.
• Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus).
• Ability to work onsite at the customer site in Lucca, Italy.
• Proactive, safety-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
