What you will do

• Support the underwriting and servicing of International Casualty accounts for both new business and renewals.
• Manage a portfolio of renewal business, including pricing, referrals, and direct broker engagement.
• Apply hirify.global’s underwriting strategy and appetite to all underwriting decisions to ensure portfolio growth.
• Execute the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining and developing strong broker relationships.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, and underwriting colleagues to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Maintain portfolio MI and ensure strict compliance with Lloyd’s and hirify.global underwriting standards.

Requirements

• Experience in an underwriting role with specific exposure to International Casualty business.
• Strong technical foundation in underwriting and a commitment to underwriting discipline.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Developing skills in broker and stakeholder relationship management.
• Must be based in London.
