What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on usage and adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks to improve customer retention rates.
- Coach technical customers on product configuration and setup based on best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize customer ROI.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ’s contracting and document automation products.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience using or administering Contract Management or Document Automation products.
- 3-5 years of industry expertise in revenue operations, legal ops, or sales ops.
- 3-4 years of experience coaching technical customers.
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Must be located in Houston, TX or Boston, MA for hybrid work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
