What you will do

• Perform data-driven financial modeling and scenario analysis for pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable strategies across product lines and segments.
• Collaborate with corporate development, sales, marketing, and technology on total cost of ownership assessments.
• Develop revenue KPIs for hirify.global and its business segments.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive pricing, and optimize product profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in investment banking, financial modeling, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; ability to synthesize complex data into insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environment.
• Proven independent and collaborative work with cross-functional relationship building.
