What you will do

  • Oversee store installations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Manage maintenance SLAs and communicate project updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Lead Team Leads, handle hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and third-party contractors.
  • Conduct site visits to verify quality, compliance, and enforce safety procedures.
  • Manage regional inventory for installation and maintenance teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field service management, installations, or related industry.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Working smartphone required.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic reporting tools and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel for installations and oversight.
