What you will do

  • Partner with local Sales leadership to translate business objectives into efficient integrated marketing plans aligned with GTM.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to build brand equity and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the extension of global marketing activities into the EMEA North/Nordics market.
  • Execute various marketing programs, including cross-sell/upsell and acquisition campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Manage MDF budgets and co-marketing efforts with focus partners and re-sellers.
  • Measure marketing impact and evaluate campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B Field Marketing experience.
  • Proven experience working across the EMEA North/Nordics region.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, and ON24.
  • Experience incorporating AI into marketing workflows and expert-level use of Intent data (6Sense preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
