What you will do

• Provide technical consultation and support during integration implementation and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with R&D, Product, and Analysts.
• Answer technical inquiries from ad networks, agencies, and marketing technology partners regarding product offerings.
• Coordinate and monitor integration activities in close cooperation with business and delivery teams.
• Guide new partners in leveraging the product suite to discover the full potential of their integrations.
• Drive AI automation initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve daily operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical, Customer Support, or Integration Engineer in mobile, SaaS, or adtech.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of Client-Server architecture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality service and support to industry players.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with the hirify.global platform.
• Knowledge of enterprise marketing cloud and technology partners.
• Experience with Zendesk, Looker, or Jira.
• Experience implementing AI automation projects.
