What you will do

• Lead outbound sourcing and market mapping for AI coding, developer tools, and application security categories.
• Manage the corporate development pipeline and triage inbound/outbound M&A opportunities.
• Conduct rigorous financial and technical diligence on targets, analyzing SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and GRR.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, comps), and executive-ready memos for board review.
• Coordinate deal execution and partner with cross-functional leaders on 30/60/90-day integration plans.
• Contribute to broader corporate strategy, including competitive analysis and "build vs. buy" frameworks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking (TMT/software), management consulting, or corporate development.
• Proficiency in building three-statement operating models and evaluating SaaS business metrics.
• Must be based in the US; the company does not support visa candidates in the US.
• Genuine interest in developer tools, AI coding, and the DevOps ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing executive-level presentations.
