Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (hybrid, office around four days a week)

What you will do
- Implement and optimise end-to-end social media campaigns across major platforms based on briefs and media strategies.
- Interpret platform data to optimise performance, provide actionable insights, and develop targeting/budgeting recommendations.
- Conduct audience, placement, and platform research; leverage first-party data and ad formats to meet client objectives.
- Manage client spends, produce accurate reporting, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs across multiple objectives.
- Handle e-commerce campaigns focusing on ROAS, CVR, CPA; set up product catalogs, DPA, and conversion tracking.
- Build relationships with platforms and stakeholders; attend meetings and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of biddable social experience preferred.
- Understanding of agency reporting/optimization processes and local digital publisher landscape.
- Social media certifications (Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, LinkedIn etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of bid strategies, ad formats, targeting options.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; excellent copywriting, grammar, data analysis, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and pixel tracking (Meta, TikTok).
- Knowledge of brand safety, viewability controls, and latest digital marketing trends.
