TL;DR

Junior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and supporting digital publishing clients to ensure satisfaction and product adoption with an accent on relationship building and technical coordination. Focus on coordinating project delivery, managing SaaS product configurations, and bridging the gap between clients and technical teams.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (remote 2 days per week)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer requests, qualify bugs, and coordinate issue resolution with internal technical teams.
  • Handle client onboarding, product deployment, and independent back-office configuration.
  • Assist sales teams during pre-sales phases and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate digital projects from gathering requirements and specifications to testing and production rollout.
  • Liaise between client stakeholders and technical teams across web and mobile ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum in Business, Digital, Tech, or a related field.
  • Fluent French and professional English required.
  • Strong interest in SaaS products, digital ecosystems, and the publishing industry.
  • Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Paris on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or experience in SaaS, Customer Success, or Digital Project Management.
  • Understanding of APIs, CMS, analytics, or digital platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or XML.
