What you will do

• Develop and execute the network engineering strategy for large-scale AI, GPU, and HPC infrastructure.
• Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of fabrics using Ethernet, InfiniBand, and RoCEv2.
• Oversee multi-tenant network architectures, including segmentation, VRFs, VLANs, and secure traffic flow.
• Establish network security standards, including firewall policy design and access controls.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing network engineering team, setting technical standards and priorities.
• Drive network automation and standardization using Ansible, Python, or equivalent frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering within large-scale data centers, HPC, cloud, or AI environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing network engineering teams or programs.
• Deep expertise in BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, VRFs, VLANs, and routing/switching.
• Strong experience with InfiniBand, RoCEv2, and high-speed Ethernet in GPU or HPC environments.
• Proven experience designing and operating secure multi-tenant network architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in GPUaaS, AI cloud, or sovereign cloud environments.
• Knowledge of zero trust architecture and microsegmentation.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or PCNSE.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and network automation.
