What you will do

• Conduct whiteboard network architectural reviews to identify performance and efficiency improvements for enterprise clients.
• Present Arista’s Open Networking, Cognitive Campus, CloudVision, and Security solutions.
• Own the pre-sales and post-sales technical relationships with assigned customers and channel partners.
• Architect and design Data Center & Campus network solutions using leaf-spine architectures (VxLAN, EVPN).
• Perform hands-on testing to validate proof-of-concept (PoC) setups and network deployments.
• Partner with Sales teams to respond to RFPs/RFQs and author technical white papers.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• BS/CS/CE degree; MBA/MS is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience (Data Center, Campus, WIFI).
• Expert knowledge of Ethernet, BGP, VxLAN, EVPN, OSPF, and TCP/IP.
• Recent experience in leaf-spine architecture design.
• Must be based in or provide onsite support in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• Network Industry Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or ACE.
• Experience building network automation using Python and Ansible.
• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Network Consulting Engineer.
