What you will do

• Provide L2 technical support for hardware and software issues across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Manage the full user access lifecycle, including provisioning, recovery, and removal across internal systems.
• Administer 3rd-party software licenses and manage MDM and VPS systems, including configuration, policies, and deployments.
• Drive operational efficiency by automating tasks using tools like n8n and Ansible.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Maintain technical documentation and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in system support, including desktop, laptop, and network troubleshooting.
• Advanced proficiency in MacOS, with working experience in Windows and Linux.
• 2+ years of experience with automation tools (n8n, Ansible, or custom solutions) and scripting in Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Solid understanding of the OSI model, networking, security technologies, and authentication methods.
• Experience managing mixed OS environments using MDM solutions and tracking tools like Jira.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA/CCNP, RedHat Linux, AWS, ITIL, or Microsoft.
