What you will do

• Monitor IT infrastructure to identify failures in servers, network nodes, and critical services.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, MetaTrader 5 trading servers, and the Ultency Matching Engine.
• Resolve network outages and connectivity issues.
• Provide Level 1 technical support to users via a ticketing system.
• Document solutions in the knowledge base and escalate complex issues to developers and senior admins.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support or technical education with a relevant internship.
• Proficiency in Windows administration, including OS installation, registry management, Event Viewer, and BSOD diagnostics.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols and tools such as ping, tracert, and ipconfig.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts on a 24/5 rotation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to reproduce errors and identify root causes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerShell and bash scripting.
• Experience with MetaTrader 5.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana.
