What you will do
- Manage the full IT hardware lifecycle across Europe, including shipping, repairs, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and device provisioning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of devices and asset movements within internal systems.
- Handle day-to-day IT service requests regarding hardware and access management.
- Perform software and license management operations, including provisioning and assignment.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Security teams to improve and automate operational workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management or IT operations support.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, and Atlassian products.
- Basic understanding of MDM systems and access management processes.
- English: B1 level or higher required for communication with an international team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting mobile devices and mobile operations.
- Knowledge of software licensing and compliance processes.
- Experience with operational audits or inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to automate operational workflows and support processes.
