Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) in London (Osterley) or Leeds, UK

What you will do
- Deliver intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms.
- Champion the customer voice using research insights and data to align with business strategy.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and engineers to ensure technical and user requirements are met.
- Run workshops, create user journey maps, and integrate AI tools to enhance creativity.
- Maintain and scale design systems with a focus on accessibility and CX KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital products across responsive web and native apps.
- Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping with tokens, variables, and managing component libraries.
- Proficiency in research methods and usability testing via lab or online platforms.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to track success metrics and user behavior.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
