What you will do
- Identify and pursue target accounts including giga-projects, government entities, and multinationals across KSA.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and solution design to commercial negotiation and closing.
- Manage senior relationships with HR, global mobility, and procurement teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Structure multi-unit, multi-year corporate housing agreements optimizing occupancy and ADR.
- Collaborate with property leadership, marketing, and finance to align product offerings with enterprise needs.
- Analyze the KSA corporate housing market and Vision 2030 trends to drive strategic account planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically targeting HR, procurement, or C-suite buyers.
- Direct experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, or commercial real estate.
- Deep, current professional network across KSA, including giga-project employers and multinationals.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual quotas on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Excellent English proficiency; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with KSA regulatory environment (Saudization, Iqama).
