What you will do

  • Identify and pursue target accounts including giga-projects, government entities, and multinationals across KSA.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and solution design to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Manage senior relationships with HR, global mobility, and procurement teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Structure multi-unit, multi-year corporate housing agreements optimizing occupancy and ADR.
  • Collaborate with property leadership, marketing, and finance to align product offerings with enterprise needs.
  • Analyze the KSA corporate housing market and Vision 2030 trends to drive strategic account planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically targeting HR, procurement, or C-suite buyers.
  • Direct experience in corporate housing, serviced apartments, or commercial real estate.
  • Deep, current professional network across KSA, including giga-project employers and multinationals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual quotas on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent English proficiency; Arabic fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with KSA regulatory environment (Saudization, Iqama).
