TL;DR
Client Success Manager (Ticketing): Managing and developing client relationships to promote ticketing solutions with an accent on bridging business needs and technical implementation. Focus on translating requirements into technical specifications, resolving complex service issues, and optimizing guest experiences.
Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (based out of client offices). Travel requirement: up to 40% across KSA and occasional travel to Dubai, UAE.

What you will do
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships with enterprise clients in the theme park and leisure industry to drive revenue and service utilization.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for software development, specifically regarding SQL queries and API services.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Conduct system demos, provide end-user training, and advise clients on industry best practices.
- Proactively manage high-level complex client service issues and handle Service Desk tickets.
- Perform testing on new software releases and create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides.
Requirements
- Previous account management experience, preferably supporting enterprise-level clients in the Middle East leisure industry.
- Proficiency with web-based technology and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within KSA and occasionally to Dubai, UAE.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Willingness to work extended hours during seasonal peaks, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language.
- Experience with eCommerce, ticketing, or Horizon/VGS ticketing software.
