What you will do

• Design tailored customer solutions for NCRV and Multivendor hardware and Managed Services across Hospitality.
• Assess cost elements of solutions to ensure technical feasibility and profitability for the company.
• Lead the creation of customer contracts and drive negotiations until signature.
• Develop comprehensive service design documents presenting an end-to-end seamless service.
• Create new content, including design templates and proposal documentation for pre-sales.
• Deliver solution presentations to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in Service Design, including pre-sales and Managed Service frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Break/Fix, Managed Services, and Networking concepts.
• Experience designing multi-region services and working within a partner ecosystem.
• Ability to articulate business value and lead pre-sales opportunities.
• Must be based in Serbia.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of pre-sales and service solution design experience in a technology environment.
• Industry specialization in finance, retail, or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• ITIL certification and ISO20000 experience.
• International work experience or experience with global teams.
