Salary: Base salary not lower than 2200€ brutto

What you will do

• Design and implement cloud security controls for identity, privileged access, networking, encryption, and workload protection.
• Establish security posture management, vulnerability remediation, and preventive guardrails across cloud platforms.
• Integrate security into CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering workflows.
• Define monitoring, alerting, and response patterns for cloud security events in partnership with security operations.
• Support compliance and audit requirements through enforceable technical controls and standards.
• Provide senior technical leadership, review architectures, and mentor engineers to reduce system risk.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in cloud security engineering across identity, network, data, and workload security.
• Experience with security posture management and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Deep understanding of cloud governance, policy controls, and compliance-oriented technical design.
• Ability to translate risk and compliance needs into pragmatic engineering standards and scalable controls.
• Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility due to taxation regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple cloud platforms or in hybrid-cloud environments.
• Exposure to container security, policy as code, CNAPP/CSPM, and security automation.
• Certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, CCSP, or CISSP.
