Project Manager (DevOps)

What you will do

• Plan projects and tasks for the DevOps/Infrastructure team, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Organize delivery workflows and monitor execution to ensure deadlines and scope are met.
• Coordinate infrastructure initiatives and complex feature launches in collaboration with development and DevOps teams.
• Manage the technical debt backlog and prioritize internal platform improvements.
• Handle incident management and organize team efforts to ensure resolution within SLA.
• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban activities and lead people management to build effective team collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be based in Czechia, Poland, or Serbia.
• Relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or delivery management.
• Proven experience working specifically with Infrastructure and/or DevOps teams.
• Fluent Russian and English for reading and writing technical documentation.
• Over 3 years of experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in IT product companies; iGaming background is a significant advantage.
