What you will do

  • Deliver group-wide ServiceNow SPM rollout including design, configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Define and embed harmonized innovation and R&D portfolio processes and metrics across business areas.
  • Establish data foundation with automated interfaces to SAP and enterprise systems.
  • Manage cross-functional international teams, governance, and stakeholder adoption through change management and training.
  • Act as Group Process Owner post-go-live for continuous improvement and enhancements.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, risks, and project health.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification required; SAFe/Agile and change management advantageous.
  • 6–8+ years IT project management in complex international environments; 3+ years leading enterprise software implementations (ERP/SPM/CRM/SAP/ServiceNow preferred).
  • Experience with full project lifecycle, data migration, system integration, multi-country rollouts.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory; German advantageous.
  • Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Jira), MS Office; understanding of enterprise architecture and financials.

  • Portfolio/innovation management processes experience.
  • ServiceNow familiarity.
  • Group/Headquarters cross-BU responsibility.
