What you will do

• Lead live, interactive training sessions and workshops for business professionals to build AI-powered automation workflows.
• Create comprehensive educational content, including lessons, manuals, guides, and assessments.
• Develop reusable materials such as workflow templates, prompt libraries, and automation blueprints.
• Define topic priorities, competency maps, and learning roadmaps for AI automation programs.
• Review course structures for technical accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with learning outcomes.
• Monitor emerging AI automation tools and trends to recommend program updates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in API integrations, prompt engineering, and RPA platforms.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Russian or Spanish is a strong plus.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• Ability to commit 10–15 hours per week.
• Experience implementing automation in real operational business environments.

• Background in automation consulting, business process improvement, or operations leadership.
