Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany with core office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Relocation support to Hamburg, including visa and bonus.

What you will do

• Take full autonomy over critical cross-functional projects from hypothesis testing and discovery to technical scoping and go-to-market.
• Translate business visions into actionable technical roadmaps and coordinate teams across domains.
• Bridge technical system design with business growth, ensuring features map to revenue KPIs.
• Optimize product discovery and delivery for high velocity in a growing organization.
• Make executive decisions in technical and product meetings to balance feasibility and desirability.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, Engineering Leadership, or as Technical Founder owning product vision.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent mastery of system design and modern tech stacks.
• Proven success driving products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing/mentoring teams and influencing cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English to articulate complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Prior collaboration with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics for product-led growth.
• Realistic approach to AI tools prioritizing impact.
