What you will do

• Manage creative project intake, prioritization, and full workflow from kickoff to delivery
• Allocate resources, provide briefs and materials to designers, videographers, and content creators
• Act as liaison between creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams for alignment and updates
• Identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and conduct quality reviews
• Maintain asset libraries, version control, and visibility on timelines and dependencies

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years in project management, traffic management, or creative operations (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving creative projects end-to-end
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) and creative workflows

Nice to have

• Experience managing video production or digital campaigns
