What you will do

• Design and implement scalable autonomous AI systems integrating molecular design with experimental feedback loops.
• Build and test research prototypes for new agent capabilities and orchestration patterns.
• Develop workflows where AI assists in refining designs, hypotheses, and experimental verification.
• Translate scientific goals into executable software pipelines navigating design spaces.
• Document findings, share learnings, and contribute to reports or publications.

Requirements

• Strong ML foundations: understanding of deep learning, generative models, foundation models; experience training, fine-tuning, or evaluating ML systems.
• Experience building agent systems, familiarity with design patterns and evaluation frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in scientific/quantitative field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, CS, Engineering or related).
• Builder mindset: full-stack AI services, rapid iteration, adaptability to new tools/frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) or distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Exposure to molecular modeling, protein design, small molecules, or computational biology.
• Publications in relevant areas.
