What you will do

• Build and ship new features for the core of the leading graph database.
• Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code for storage engines and transaction handling.
• Promote new ideas and actively participate in feature discussions and roadmap prioritization.
• Integrate latest research and technologies into the database core.
• Work on independent product enhancements during dedicated "Do what you want weeks".

Requirements

• Experience designing multi-threaded systems and complex algorithms.
• Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Java or a C-style programming language.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of performance profiling and optimization.
• Experience with leading and delivering development projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Deep JVM experience.
• Experience working with large codebases.
