TL;DR

Contract Management Contractor (CPQ/CLM): Serve as subject-matter expert and hands-on contributor within the Quote to Cash domain with an accent on upstream commercial processes including systems, workflows, and governance for quotes, deals, contracts, amendments. Focus on cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product to ensure deal velocity, compliance, and accurate translation into billing and revenue systems.

What you will do

  • Optimize contract management infrastructure supporting quoting, deal structuring, execution, amendments, renewals, terminations.
  • Manage approval workflows, deal desk governance, delegation frameworks.
  • Ensure contractual obligations flow accurately to downstream billing, entitlements, revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations teams.
  • Validate contract, pricing, order data for troubleshooting, reporting, process improvements.
  • Handle complex pricing models like volume-based, tiered, bundled, multi-year agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in SaaS/tech/marketplace companies
  • Strong knowledge of full contract lifecycle: quoting, pricing, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, terminations
  • Hands-on with CPQ/CLM tools: Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Ironclad
  • Experience with complex pricing models, approval workflows, deal desk governance
  • Understanding of billing, entitlements, revenue recognition (ASC 606), ERP integrations (Workday, NetSuite, SAP)
  • Analytical skills, process mapping, documentation, stakeholder communication
