Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR/Collections): Manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation across multiple entities to maintain the financial health of global operations with an accent on AR reporting, dispute resolution, and revenue recognition under ASC 606. Focus on building accurate AR sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations and improving scalable, compliant AR workflows in a hybrid setup based in Dublin.
Location: Hybrid role with mandatory attendance at the Dublin office two days per week
Salary: €49,800 to €58,500 to €67,200 EUR

What you will do
- Manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation activities across multiple entities to support global AR processes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and ensure accurate posting across all entities.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, customer payment trends, and other KPIs for management review.
- Reconcile AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger and support journal entries related to AR, deferred revenue, and bad debt reserves.
- Handle shared AR inbox requests by triaging and responding to internal and external inquiries, routing complex cases as needed.
- Improve AR workflows, internal controls, and SOP documentation to enhance scalability and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Accounting Operations.
- Solid accounting knowledge with preferred familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition).
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-department and cross-region collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage competing priorities.
