What you will do

• Act as core Management Team member, aligning product-technical roadmaps with company strategy and commercial timelines.
• Scale engineering organization rapidly using agentic AI to boost per-capita output and mature processes.
• Lead AI transformation by architecting agentic development, upskilling teams, and embedding AI in platform and client journeys.
• Drive operational excellence, own IT infrastructure-security strategy compliant with regulations like DORA.
• Attract, develop, retain talent; foster high-performance engineering culture during growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record as CTO, CPTO or VP Engineering in high-growth scale-up in regulated environment.
• Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, especially Agentic AI for developer velocity.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations from medium to large-scale high-output teams.
• Success aligning Product and Engineering for unified roadmap; managing €10mm+ engineering budgets.
• Product discovery and lifecycle management expertise; bridge technical architecture and business strategy.

• Experience with Google Cloud.
