Cyber Security Engineer

Location: UK (Remote with some travel to UK sites - must have UK Driver's licence)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + £5,600 car allowance

What you will do

• Monitor and analyse network traffic, systems, and logs for unusual or malicious activity.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Implement and maintain security tools and protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
• Investigate security incidents, respond to breaches, and document findings.
• Review and remediate vulnerabilities in collaboration with relevant teams.

Requirements

• Technically minded with experience in SentinelOne.
• Proficiency with Mimecast, antivirus, MS Sentinel.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Tenable or Qualys.
• Experience working with a third-party managed SOC.
• Excellent analytical skills for identifying security threats.
• Driver's License with consistent access to a vehicle.
