What you will do

• Own clinical workflow optimization by configuring worklists, hanging protocols, user roles, and image routing for radiologists and MRI technologists.
• Oversee PACS operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades with engineering and IT.
• Manage data integrity by handling duplicates, metadata corrections, patient aliases, and auditing image quality across sites.
• Ensure compliance, HIPAA adherence, downtime readiness, and validation of new tools through audits and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional communication as liaison between radiology, clinical operations, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years as PACS Administrator, Imaging Systems Analyst, or similar
• Direct experience supporting radiologists and advanced imaging workflows
• Strong knowledge of DICOM standards, image routing, and PACS architecture
• Proven collaboration with engineering, IT, and product teams
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort in fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organization with ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare, or equivalent
• HL7, FHIR, CIIP, PARCA, or vendor-specific PACS certifications
