What you will do

• Translate product strategy into actionable tasks and maintain prioritized backlog aligned with customer needs.
• Drive execution by collaborating with Engineering, Design, and QA for smooth sprint cycles.
• Define and maintain development-ready documentation (Shapes/PRDs) based on user insights.
• Facilitate collaboration as the voice of the product, providing updates, demos, and training to stakeholders.
• Unblock issues, make scope trade-offs, and prioritize features using user and business input.
• Track KPIs, collect feedback, and iterate to improve product performance and support OKRs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Owner or similar execution-focused role, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Deep agile knowledge: sprint planning, backlog management, cross-functional squads.
• Strong skills in distilling strategy into requirements and detailed stories.
• Excellent communication to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset using data for decisions; proactive ownership mentality.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
