What you will do

• Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless and safe service delivery.
• Build and manage a high-performing multidisciplinary team including MR Radiographers and Patient Liaisons.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure full and ongoing CQC compliance and lead preparation for audits.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, procurement, and facility operations to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as patient satisfaction and financial performance to implement improvements.
• Drive patient volume and revenue growth through local outreach and physician partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in private healthcare practice or clinic management.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks, and UK healthcare compliance.
• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering operational outcomes.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial KPIs.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Central London / Fitzrovia.

Nice to have

• Clinical background (e.g., radiography, nursing, physiotherapy) with professional registration (HCPC, NMC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Experience launching or scaling new healthcare services or clinics.
• Familiarity with MRI or advanced diagnostic imaging environments.
