Salary: $86,196 - $101,500 USD

What you will do
- Lead PR strategy including proactive media outreach, reputation management, and on-message storytelling across platforms.
- Provide strategic PR consultation to chapters for local media engagement with national alignment.
- Assess reputational risks and execute crisis communications strategies with leadership.
- Manage PR for national corporate partnerships, co-branded announcements, and executive messaging.
- Develop integrated social, owned, and earned media strategies with digital teams.
- Oversee National Communications team operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance management.
Requirements
- Seven or more years in public relations or communications, including media strategy and press releases.
- Five or more years in crisis and issues management.
- Two or more years leading and mentoring PR professionals.
- Success building national media relationships and positioning stories for visibility.
- Experience with corporate partnerships, executive communications, and integrated programs across channels.
- Proficiency in earned media monitoring and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to thrive remotely with up to 25% travel and occasional non-standard hours.
