What you will do

• Lead early-stage client conversations to identify business needs and propose high-level solution concepts.
• Translate client requirements into solution visions, backlogs, and detailed technical proposals.
• Collaborate with architects and UX experts to produce architecture visions, prototypes, and POCs.
• Facilitate estimation sessions by communicating requirements and assumptions to engineering teams.
• Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and financial models using storytelling techniques.
• Present proposals to VP- and CxO-level stakeholders, acting as the primary business proxy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the IT sector.
• Strong background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst across various domains.
• Proven experience facilitating client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Deep understanding of business analysis, product management, solution architecture, and UX/UI design.
• Experience converting business needs into technical solution proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) required.
• Must be based in Bulgaria.
