What you will do

• Lead executive workshops with Singapore defense leaders to identify mission-critical challenges and opportunities for AI.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and develop business cases to quantify ROI and align with defense objectives.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral’s platform into defense workflows and technical infrastructure.
• Partner with the Applied AI team to prototype and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers to maximize the value of their investment in AI.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence internal product and research roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
• 5+ years experience working within the Singapore defence ecosystem.
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science and hands-on experience building AI applications with Python.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
• Experience in value-based selling.
