What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of global money movement infrastructure, from strategy and roadmap planning to partner assessment and delivery.
• Drive the construction of new rails in new markets and manage cards and e-wallet payouts.
• Leverage AI/ML insights to optimize payment routing, reduce transaction costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Collaborate with financial partners, engineering, and commercial teams to build scalable and compliant infrastructure.
• Act as the subject matter expert for money movement to provide guidance across business units.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management or Engineering, specifically in platform/infrastructure or technology domains.
• 3+ years of formal people management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to delivery at a global scale.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyper-growth startup environments or financial infrastructure.
• Direct experience building payments platforms or working with card schemes.
• Robust understanding of ledgers, payments orchestration, and money movement workflows.
• Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in fintech.
