Location: Must be based in Singapore and eligible to work in the region

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams to integrate AI into their daily practice.
  • Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
  • Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams to shape development.
  • Monitor usage trends and implement strategies to re-engage at-risk accounts or showcase new capabilities.
  • Create APAC-specific customer-facing content, including training materials and use-case guides.

Requirements

  • Based in Singapore and eligible to work in the region.
  • Valid practicing certificate with 3+ years experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier firm.
  • Strong executive engagement and presence to build credibility with key decision-makers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences.
  • Deep understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.

Nice to have

  • Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development or secondment.
  • Experience directly managing law firm client matters and relationships.
